White Oaks Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Newfield, New Jersey.
The course, designed by Steve Fillpone, opened for play in 1999.
This par 71, 6,510-yard, 18-hole layout features tall oak trees lining and separating all holes. The natural sloping of the golf course emphasizes pinpoint positioning of golf shots. This is especially true on two of White Oaks' many signature holes. They include the 621-yard, par 5 #7 and the biting par 4 #9 hole, where golfers are forced to hit their second shot over a deceiving double green, guarded by water.
Blue tees: Par-71, 6,510 yards, 70.7 / 118
White tees: Par-71, 6,113 yards, 68.8 / 115
Gold tees: Par-71, 5,603 yards, 72.0 / 123
Red tees: Par-71, 5,195 yards, 68.9 / 118

I played as a single after a frost delay. I was sent out by myself instead of having to wait for three foursomes. The staff, even the groundskeepers working on the course were friendly and professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will be playing this course again and I will bring some friends too.

We had a coupon for $29 including cart. UNBEATABLE! I play this course a couple times each year. Other courses near by: Centerton (better price, but not as well kept) and Buena Vista (same price but not quite as good a course). If you can hit the ball long and accurately, this course will allow a very low score. But don't stray. It's well trapped and its cut out of the NJ Pine Barrens, so missing the fairway can cost you. Very well kept and undulating greens with large breaks. When it's running fast, they are very tough.

Great course. Has some interesting holes. Large tree in the middle of a fairway cool to try and miss it. Some blind shots. The bar has great food, country club food at bar prices.
